"This deal will most likely fail to address currency manipulation, offer big pharmaceutical corporations unacceptable protections that will limit access to life-saving medicines, and threaten every hard-working American family with job losses and lower wages," Perrone said in a statement.
Earlier on Monday, 12 Pacific Rim countries reached consensus on the wording and subject matter of the TPP free trade agreement.
"The only good thing about a TPP agreement being reached is that the American people will finally be able to read every line of this deal," Perrone noted of the deal being negotiated in unusual secrecy. "Given what we already know from leaked drafts, we should prepare for the worst, and expect even worse than that."
Davis said the long chronicle of trade agreements proves the TPP deal will harm US workers, their families, jobs and the United States as a whole.
He added, "Make no mistake, this fight is not over."
The TPP free trade agreement eliminates taxes on US machinery, automotive and agriculture products as well as communications technology, among other goods exported to the Asia Pacific region, according to the White House.
The US Congress is expected to vote on the controversial agreement in the beginning of 2016.
Besides the United States and Canada, the TPP deal includes Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Mexico, Taiwan, Peru, Brunei, Chile, Singapore and Malaysia.
