WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – The northeast US city of New York airport cargo building was evacuated Friday after an x-ray machine picked up a possible pipe bomb, local media reported.
The FOX5 New York’s correspondent broke the news that John F. Kennedy Airport’s cargo building has been cleared after what appeared to be a pipe bomb showed up on its x-ray machine.
This is the second incident in the facility this week after a fire broke out in the cargo building on Wednesday.
