    Members of the Black Lives Matter movement are gathering in various cities. Protesters in Minneapolis have said they intend to disrupt public transportation before today's Vikings football game.

    Dubbing the protest #BlackRail, activists call are calling their plan to disrupt the light rail system in Minneapolis a success.

    The city announced a Plan B of possible changes to subway routes should the protest do as planned.

    A Minneapolis chapter is trying disrupt a local football game today to promote action on their cause by closing the light rail, key transportation for football fans going to the Vikings stadium.

    They started off by blocking major roads and highways.
