WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Jeb Bush, 62, is the second son of former President George H. W. Bush and the younger brother of former President George W. Bush.
"So many people could do so much better if we fixed a few things. My core beliefs starts with the premise that the most vulnerable in our society should be in the front of the line, not in the back …. What we need is new leadership that takes conservative principles and applies them so that people can rise up," Bush said in a pre-announcement video released on his pages in Facebook and Twitter Sunday.

The three minute video addresses the issues of education, employment, opportunities for people with disabilities and domestic violence.
Among other Republican contenders Bush will face once he enters the presidential race are Texas Senator Ted Cruz, Florida Senator Marco Rubio, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul as well as former Hewlett-Packard (HP) CEO Carly Fiorina.
