A woman is suing her ex-lover for refusing to leave his wife, demanding $2 million for her "services."

The lawsuit filed in Manhattan involves retired media executive James Greenwald, 88, and Theodora Lee Corsell, 67.

Greenwald’s wife Marilee, however, isn’t going to give up her man.

Greenwald said his wife told him, “I will see them bury you six feet under before I grant you a divorce. I’m the last Mrs. Greenwald.”

Marilee said he had been romantically and professionally involved with Greenwald even as he still lived with her 77-year-old second wife on Park Avenue.

Corsell is also going after compensation she said she never got from Greenwald for her services.

The Post described Corsell as “Greenwald’s glorified gofer over the last six years,” who “handled everything from getting rid of unused New York Giants tickets to promoting his unpublished memoir.”

According to court papers, Corsell said her “professional services … were separate and apart from the parties’ romantic relationship.”

She also reportedly saved Greenwald from a $3 million threat led by one of his other mistresses who planned to expose him to his wife.

Corsell is tagged the “reasonable” value of her “services” at $2 million.

Greenwald headed the national TV and radio advertising firm Katz Communications between the 1970s and the 1990s.
