Texas Police Detain 192 Suspects in Twin Peaks Shooting

'Twin Peaks' Shooting in Texas Kills Nine, Several Injured
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Police in Texas have detained 192 suspects in a gunfight that occurred in Waco on Sunday that left nine dead and at least another 18 injured, the Waco Police Department reported on its Twitter account Monday.

“192 individuals are being arrested and processed this morning in reference to the Twin Peaks Shooting. They will all face Engaging in Organized Crime charges,” the police tweeted.

Waco police specified that the restaurant would be closed for at least a week due to security reasons.

Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said on Facebook following the Twin Peaks shooting that the it was "one of the worst crime scenes I have seen in 34-years of Law Enforcement."

According to local media reports, up to five motorcycle gangs were involved in the deadly shooting.

Police said that all those killed and injured in the shootout were the members of biker gangs.
