“At least 14 people are being treated for nausea and vomiting at the Diamond Hill Elementary High School in Fort Worth,” WFAA Channel 8 ABC in Dallas reported on Friday.

Not-for-profit healthcare organization MedStar Health was called to the scene to help with the medical needs of the Fort Worth residents, and local authorities are currently investigating the cause of the leak, according to local media.

The school currently has no carbon monoxide detectors, but is purchasing them currently, local media added.

The leak is the second such incident in the past month in Texas in the past month. On March 30, 2015, a natural gas leak occurred in El Paso, Texas amidst construction work going on by Texas Gas utility company. There were no injuries but fire crews had to evacuate all homes in El Paso to ensure flammability of the natural gas was under control.
