MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Five people were injured in a shooting a few blocks away from the campus of Austin Peay State University in the US city of Clarksville, Tennessee, WKRN-TV reported.
Clarksville police received reports of shots near the Austin Peay campus on Monday at about 9:00 p.m. local time.
Two of the victims with serious injuries were transported by helicopter to the Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, WKRN-TV said, citing local police. Another two were sent to hospitals by ambulance. The condition of the fifth is unknown.
No suspects in the shooting have been found yet. The police's investigation is ongoing.
