MOSCOW, December 26 (Sputnik) — Former President of the United States, George Herbert Walker Bush, 90, stays at the Houston Methodist Hospital, Texas, where he was placed after he had experienced the shortness of breath, Jim McGrath, the former president's spokesman Jim McGrath has stated.

According to McGrath's previous Twitter post, made after Bush's hospitalization on December 24, former president's "prognosis remains very positive."
President Bush had a good day and his prognosis remains very positive. He will remain at the Houston Methodist tonight as a precaution.

George Herbert Walker Bush is the 41st president of the United States serving from 1989 to 1993. He is the father of US 43rd president George W. Bush.
Bush has had heart problems since he was a president and currently moves in a wheelchair. In January 2013 he spent almost two months in hospital for bronchitis and other health issues.
