    Cygnus spaceship blew up during the launch at the US Wallops Flight Facility.

    WASHINGTON, October 29 (RIA – Novosti) – Cygnus spaceship blew up during the launch at the US Wallops Flight Facility.

    Cygnus spaceship, which was supposed to deliver more than 2 tons of cargo to International Space Station (ISS). The launch was broadcasted on The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) website.

    The launch from Wallops Flight Facility with the use of the Antares rocket launcher was scheduled for Tuesday.

    NASA mission control center confirmed they have lost the spacecraft.

    According to the host of the launch broadcast, the rocket exploded six seconds after liftoff.

    At the moment a contingency teams are conducting all the necessary work securing the area at the site of explosion, with no casualties or injuries reported.
