Since protests in Nigeria began earlier this month, the local government has announced the dissolution of a special police squad, but people are still hitting the streets.

A live broadcast from London shows people under the "End SARS" banner protesting against police brutality in Nigeria after reports emerged from Lagos of protesters having been shot by Nigerian soldiers.

Mass protests hit the African country earlier this month, with people demanding to dissolve the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) after multiple allegations were made against the unit. According to protesters, SARS officers are responsible for acts of killing, torture, and blackmail.
