MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, the WADA's Compliance Review Committee (CRC) urged to declare the anti-doping bodies of the three countries non-compliant with the agency's regulations at the Foundation Board Meeting of the WADA in the Scottish city of Glasgow.

"WADA Foundation Board approves declaration of non-compliance for Azerbaijan, Brazil and Indonesia," the press service said on its Twitter account.

Signatories of the World Anti-Doping Code such as Russia and Spain have previously been deemed non-compliant.
