    Russian women's water polo team on Friday beat the Hungarian national team at the ongoing Rio Olympics bringing Russia a bronze medal.

    RIO DE JANEIRO (Sputnik) — The game was still 12:12 (3:3, 4:3, 1:3, 4:3) by the end of time, but Russian athletes defeated their rivals 7:6 on penalties.

    At the moment Russia has 46 medals.

    The 2016 Summer Olympic Games are being held in Brazil’s Rio de Janeiro from August 5 until August 21. Brazil is the first South American country to host the competition.
