Russian shooter Vladimir Maslennikov won a bronze medal at the 10m air rifle event in the Rio Olympics, tallying a total score of 184.2 points on Monday.

RIO DE JANEIRO (Sputnik) – Italy’s Niccolo Campriani won gold with 206.1 points, followed by Ukraine’s Serhiy Kulish who scored 204.6.

Maslennikov’s bronze brings the national team's total medal count to six, displacing South Korea from the fifth spot overall.
