MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The legal chief said Morgan had reached an arbitration agreement with the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) in a deal she described as optimal for both Russia and the IAAF.

"The key dates have been agreed. We expected the draft of the arbitration agreement from [ROC attorney] Mike Morgan. He sets off, followed by the CAS claim right behind him. We are confident that the lawsuit will be filed tomorrow," Brilliantova told R-Sport.
