As Hollywood continues to tear itself apart with more sexual assault claims surfacing, actor Ed Westwick is now under investigation for alleged rape after actress Kristina Cohen filed a report against him with the Los Angeles Police Department.

On Tuesday Cohen filed a report with the police claiming that Westwick had raped her at his house three years ago.

She posted a lengthy Facebook post in which she described what happened and how the actor allegedly forced himself on her.

Cohen wrote that she was taking a nap at his house after she came there with her boyfriend, and then, "I was woken up abruptly by Ed on top of me, his fingers entering my body. I told him to stop, but he was strong. I fought him off as hard as I could but he grabbed my face in his hands, shaking me… I was paralyzed, terrified. I couldn't speak, I could no longer move. He held me down and raped me."

According to Cohen her decision to come forward with her incident was inspired by the numerous sexual assault allegations currently shaking Hollywood.

Westwick responded to Cohen's allegations on Twitter Tuesday denying the allegation.

According to the LAPD the investigation is ongoing.

Meanwhile Twitter was abuzz with reaction to the new sexual assault scandal.
