KIEV (Sputnik) – The statement at the government portal said on Wednesday, that Ukraine’s vice prime minister, Vyacheslav Kirilenko, had signed a cooperation program between ministries of culture of Ukraine and Lithuania.
"The sides agreed to share experience on participation in programs of the European Union and the European Council in the sphere of culture, development of creative industries," the statement read.
Ukraine’s delegation, headed by President Petro Poroshenko, visited Lithuania on Wednesday to discuss security in Ukraine and the implementation of legal and economic reforms as conditions of the Minsk agreement.
The Minsk agreement, signed in February, is a set of measures on Ukraine’s reconciliation, after Kiev launched an offensive against pro-independence militias in the country’s east.
