MOSCOW, June 1 (RIA Novosti) - There are some 150 extremist groups with 5,000 members on the Russian Interior Ministry's list, minister Rashid Nurgaliyev said on Wednesday.
According to him, the informal skinhead movement is widely spread. It has no general structure or common leadership, Nurgaliyev added.
However, if these people get under control of "a strong leader" they become easily manageable detachments ready to kill, the minister said.
