    On 11 January, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX tweeted the first photo of Starship, its ambitious project designed to one day carry people to the Moon and Mars.

    The Raptor engine for the Starship spacecraft passed its first tests, the founder of SpaceX wrote. Elon Musk tweeted a photo of the tests and noted that he was proud of the excellent work of the SpaceX team.

    The Starship spaceship for interplanetary flights is set to be the second stage of the the Big Falcon Rocket, a super-heavy launch vehicle. It will be equipped with three Raptor engines.
