MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Google Drive went down for millions of users late on Friday, but the search giant fixed the issue allowing cloud service users to regain access to their files.

On Friday afternoon, the users of Google Drive, a cloud storage system for media files, were greeted with an error message saying "the file you have requested does not exist" and could not access their documents.

Google acknowledged the glitch and said it was investigating the issue.
