    The roof of a five-storey residential building is burning in an area of almost 2,000 square meters in Kansk in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

    Residents are being evacuated, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry told RIA Novosti.

    "It was reported that the roof of the five-storey residential building caught fire […] The roof of the building is burning all over the area of 1920 square meters," the agency’s source said. 

    The residents of the house were evacuated and nine vehicles and 34 firefighters were involved in the fight with the blaze.
