Russian President Vladimir Putin is delivering his annual Presidential Address to Federal Assembly legislators in Moscow.

Vladimir Putin's speech will be delivered to both houses of the Russian Parliament, members of the government, as well as other officials.

The Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly is one of the most important annual events in the presidential schedule. Until last year, the format of this event itself was quite conservative; however, the Presidential Address of 2018 was remembered for its use of multimedia technology. Using video presentations on large screens for the first time, the president showed the world a number of recent Russian weapons developments.
