MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The state and the civil society are allies in achieving common goals, the most important of which is people’s welfare, Putin stressed.
"It is necessary to continue raising the issues of the most concern for our [Russian] citizens, [to continue] reacting sensitively and rapidly to the situations, when the citizens face injustice, indifference, sometimes formalism, [and] infringement of their rights in various spheres," Putin said at the meeting of the Council for Civil Society and Human Rights.
