In a video, which looks more like a mini action detective movie, two Georgians are seen having lunch in an overcrowded expensive restaurant. Then, one of them steals a briefcase of a businessman, who was sitting at the next table, and returned it right at the moment when the owner started to look for it.
As revealed by the Moscow Police press service, the looted sum of money reached half a million rubles (US $7,995). When the owner noticed his loss, the nimble-fingered thieves had already vanished into thin air.
However, justice was served. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of police, the criminals were soon caught and arrested. Now they face up to six years in prison. It turned out that they had been repeatedly convicted of theft before. One of them introduced himself as an honest winemaker, who came to the Russian capital in search of new markets, and the other one said he had been living in Moscow since the 1970s, but wasn't working due to his disability.
