Russian Railways (RZD) investment program for 2017 will be about400 billion rubles, RZD Senior Vice President Vadim Mikhailov told reporters.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Earlier in September, RZD President Oleg Belozerov told the media that the company's investment program for the next year could reach 390 to 420 billion rubles.

“We have submitted it to the government… The investment will total about 400 billion rubles,” Mikhailov said on Wednesday on the sidelines of the Russia Calling! Forum.
