    Up to 1,500 journalists, representing 154 media outlets, including 85 foreign, were accredited to work during the Russian parliamentary election of 2016, the Russian Central Election Committee (CEC) stated Saturday.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The CEC information center will begin its work on voting day on September 18 from 10:00 a.m. local time [7:00 GMT].

    “1,450 people from 154 media outlets received accreditation for work at the CEC information center, 314 of them represent 85 foreign media offices,” the CEC told journalists.
