    Russia has voted against the disbursement of a new $1-billion tranche by IMF to Ukraine, Russia Director at the IMF Aleksei Mozhin told Sputnik.

    WASHINGTON (Sputnik) — Russia has voted against the disbursement of a new $1-billion tranche by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to Ukraine, Russia Director at the IMF Aleksei Mozhin told Sputnik.

    "All members of the IMF executive board, excluding Russia, unanimously voted to provide the financial assistance to Ukraine," Mozhin stated on Wednesday.
