According to the military district’s spokesman, all flights by Russian Air Force jets and helicopters in the country’s Eastern Military District complied with the international regulations.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) All flights by Russian Air Force jets and helicopters in the country’s Eastern Military District complied with the international regulations, the military district’s spokesman said on Thursday.

Around a hundred planes and helicopters participated in the large-scale air grouping and missile defense management exercises, which began on Wednesday.

"All flights strictly complied with international rules on the use of airspace, the aircraft did not trespass into airspace of other countries," Alexander Gordeev said.
