    Russian President Vladimir Putin introduced a bill on ratification of agreement on combined force with partially recognized republic of Abkhazia in the State Duma, the lower chamber of parliament, the data published in Duma's information system said Saturday.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The agreement was signed on November 21, 2015

    The bill regulates the way in which the combined group could be formed, deployed and used.

    According to the bill, the group aimed at "adequate response" to aggression, as well as other military threats posed to any of the parties to the agreement.
