    MOSCOW (Sputnik) The construction of Russia's latest non-nuclear submarine Kalina will start in 2018, a high-ranking source in the Russian Navy said Tuesday.

    "The Kalina project is, without a doubt, very relevant to us, this project should be very successful. The head vessel will be laid down in 2018," the source told RIA Novosti.
