The fire at the site of a Su-25 bomber jet crash in Russia’s eastern Primorsky region has been extinguished, a source in law enforcement told RIA Novosti on Wednesday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The jet crashed earlier in the day while landing on Chernigovka airfield some 160 feet from a home during a training flight.

"The plane exploded. The fire at the 100-squre-meter (1,000-square-feet) site of the crash has been put out," the source said.

There have been no casualties or damage, the pilot managed to eject.
