SKOLKOVO (Sputnik) — The Russian government's draft anti-crisis plan includes privatizating state assets, Deputy Minister of Economic Development Oleg Fomichev said Friday.
"We are not going into detail on this in the plan, it says major privatization," Fomichev told reporters, refraining from further comment.
