    Russian Finance Ministry Will Cut $6.5 Billion in 2016 Budget Expenses

    The Russian Finance Ministry is planning to cut over 500 billion rubles ($6.5 billion) from its expenses this year.

    MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Russian Finance Ministry will cut approximately $6.5 billion from its budget expenses in 2016, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Wednesday.

    “Over 500 billion [rubles],” Siluanov told journalists in response to how much the ministry would cut from its expenses this year.
