MOSCOW (Sputnik) – An investment project by Atria Group, a Finnish food manufacturer, has joined the ranks of the Leningrad Region’s priority projects at the Golden Autumn 2015 agribusiness exhibition in Moscow, a spokesperson for the regional government press service said.
“A project to build new manufacturing facilities at Gorelovo was successfully carried out in 2014-12015 and has made it into the top 15 priority projects selected by the regional government to showcase to its agribusiness partners and consumers at the exhibition. Total investment in the project was 400 million rubles. Two new facilities were opened: one for the production of refrigerated pizza and the other for sliced meat products. Their capacity is over 4.4 million pizzas and 1.1 million sausages a year,” he said.
