MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Russia may submit an application to the United Nations this summer on expanding its Arctic shelf border, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Denis Khramov said Monday.
“We plan to submit it in the near future. This may happen in the summer, if a relevant decision is made by the government,” Khramov told RIA Novosti.
