Two people injured in the fire in the Lame Horse nightclub have been discharged from hospitals in Moscow and Perm in time for New Year's Eve, the emergencies ministry said on Thursday.
One hundred and fifty-two people have died as a result of the fire, which occurred in the early hours of December 5 at the club in the Urals city of Perm. Sixty-three people remain in hospitals, mostly in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
"In the period from 30 to 31 December hospitals in Moscow and Perm discharged two more of the injured from the fire at the Lame Horse," the Perm Territory emergencies ministry said in a statement.
Valentina Seletskova, 30, had been in a hospital in Perm, while Irina Batuyeva, 33, was at a specialist clinic in Moscow.
