CHITA, January 13 (RIA Novosti) - Robbers made off with 3.1 million rubles ($100,000) from a post office in southeast Siberia's Zabaikalsky Territory, a local police spokesman said on Tuesday.
"The crime was committed on Monday. A search for the offenders is underway," the spokesman said.
It is the second time the post office, located in the town of Borzya, some 349 km (216 miles) southeast of Chita, has been targeted.
In September, four suspects were detained on suspicion of stealing a bag containing 5.4 million rubles from a cashier at the same post office.
