MOSCOW, July 30 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian and Libyan prime ministers, Vladimir Putin and al-Baghdadi Ali al-Mahmoudi, will meet in Moscow on Thursday, the Russian government press service said Wednesday.

"The central topic of the coming talks will be issues to coordinate efforts to fulfill agreements reached during the Russian-Libyan top-level meeting in Tripoli in April," the statement said.

Putin visited Tripoli in April when he was president to meet with Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi. After the talks, the sides signed a declaration on friendship and cooperation, including in the military arena.

A Russian government source said Putin and Mahmoudi would discuss the implementation of an intergovernmental agreement on trade and economic relations and military cooperation, adding that this would be the first visit to Moscow by such a high-ranking Libyan representative for more than 20 recent years.
