MOSCOW, May 24 (RIA Novosti) - Plans to build an ice-cream emporium near park Sokolniki, in northeast Moscow, have been revealed, a local administration head said Thursday.
The planning and construction of the 800 sq meter building will take three years to complete and is designed to appeal to families, with a cinema, children's play area, museum, and other facilities, Alexander Kasyanov said.
The plans were revealed as Moscow enjoys unusually warm May weather with temperatures hitting a record 29.6 degrees Celsius (85.28 Fahrenheit) Wednesday.
