ROSTOV-ON-DON, December 26 (RIA Novosti, Ilya Livada) - Experts looking into the terrorist attack on Beslan in the North Caucasus republic of North Ossetia in September 2004 found no violations in the actions of the security agencies, Deputy Prosecutor General Nikolai Shepel said Monday.

However, he quoted experts as saying that "the existing system of the prevention of terrorist attacks cannot fully ensure the population's protection".

The school siege lasted 3 days and left 331 people dead and 783 wounded.
