MOSCOW, July 7 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's Foreign Ministry sees the London explosions as terrorist attacks, a spokesman for the ministry said today.
According to Alexander Yakovenko, "the Foreign Ministry condemns the terrorist attacks in London, which have claimed many human lives."
Yakovenko said the Russian Embassy in London was keeping in close contact with the British authorities and was trying to find out if any Russians were among victims.
Earlier, the embassy told RIA Novosti that they had no information about Russians being affected by the blasts.
