Are the US transporting nuclear missiles from Turkey to Romania, following a cooling in relations with the Middle Eastern country? And where is the line between tackling drug addiction and human rights abuse? Philippines President Duterte faces more criticism for his hard-line stance.

Today’s main stories: Following a cooling off of Turkey-US relations, are the United States Relocating Nuclear Missiles from Turkey to Romania? We’ll be trying to get to the bottom of controversial reports suggesting just that. We talk to Hans Kristensen, director of the Nuclear Information Project for the Federation of American Scientists, and Dr Jan Oberg, Transnational Foundation for Peace and Future Research in Sweden.

Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte's “war on drugs” faces criticism from human rights campaigners, following a slew of extra judicial killings, and comments from the president where he said that drug addicts in his country were "no longer viable as human beings". We speak to Chito Gascon, the chair of the Philippines Human Rights Commission.
