The Wikileaks leader has released a new book where he revisits the impact that his organization’s leaks have had all across the world.

Titled “The WikiLeaks Files: The World According to U.S. Empire”, it looks more at how the US’ behind-the-scenes networks operate all across the world, be it through unethical media practices, secret coup plots, or spying operations, and how Wikileaks helped bring most of them to the global public’s attention. In promoting his latest release, Assange has been giving a lot of interviews, including one for RT in which speaks about academic censorship by the Obama Administration and foreign countries’ plots to split Syria.

For having eluded the efforts of those who have been trying to shut him up for the past couple of years and launching yet another informative book about his organization’s global impact, Julian Assange is our MAN IN THE NEWS this week.

Vladimir Kozin, Chief Adviser and the Head of the Group of Advisers to the Director of the Russian Institute for Strategic Studies and Israel Shamir, political analyst, WikiLleaks associate and a friend of Julian Assange commented on the issue.
