The first topic that we talk about on this week’s program is the historic peace deal that will finally be reached in Colombia, but how things aren’t as clear-cut as they might seem.

Next up are some words about the new temporary members of the UN Security Council and some of the regional issues that they’ll likely lobby for. After that, we take a look at Indian Prime Minister Modi’s four-nation tour of Africa, and the strategic reasons why he’s visiting Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, and Kenya.

Drawing near the end of our show, we then sound off on the audaciousness of Daesh’s suicide bombings in Saudi Arabia and reiterate that these attacks prove that the terrorist group is truly un-Islamic and totally out of control. As the last topic that we tackle for the week, we then analyze Turkey’s pivot to Russia and what it all means in the global context of the New Cold War.
