An alarming prison murder highlights America's mass incarceration crisis; several NGO activists discuss the failure of public housing in America.

In this episode of "By Any Means Necessary" host Eugene Puryear is joined by Stuart Anderson, Founder and Executive Director of Family and Friends of Incarcerated People to talk about the murder of Michael Sabbie by prison guards in a Bi-State Texas/Arkansas prison.

Later in the show host Eugene Puryear is joined by Ron Clewer, CEO of the Rockford Housing Authority, Will Merrifield, Staff Attorney at the Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless, and Aaron Goggans, Black Lives Matter DC to talk about the similarities and differences of race and class in rural and urban America. The group also talks about the process of concentrating and de-concentrating poverty and the role in which public housing can alleviate many of the ills Americans are facing.
