OPEC Meeting Ahead; Iran Stuck in Nuclear Talks; Russian Ruble Bounces Back

All eyes were at Iran this week as the country announced that it had launched a new gold processing plant, which reportedly is going to be the biggest in the Middle East. At the same time Tehran is again stuck in the middle of negotiations on its nuclear program with the six global powers.
