Russia Sees Some 'Conciliatory Language' in Discussion of North Korea Crisis

Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya says that stakeholders of the crisis in North Korea have recently become less aggressive in their statements.

UNITED NATIONS (Sputnik) — Stakeholders of the crisis in North Korea have recently become less aggressive in their statements and Russia sees that as a promising sign, Russian Ambassador to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya told reporters.

"We are saying to both sides that they should refrain from anything that would deteriorate the situation. We have heard and seen some conciliatory language recently in the last couple of days. That is a good sign that it is cooling down. We are stressing that there is a need for political way out of it," Nebenzya said on Wednesday.
