'Black PR': Reports of 'Iranian Base in Qatar' Aimed at Fueling Conflict
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — The decision was made amid a court case of Al-Abdali terror cell, whose Kuwaiti members were accused of undergoing training in Iran under leadership of Hezbollah, a Lebanese Shiite militant group, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.

According to the ministry, the Iranian ambassador to Kuwait has been notified about this decision.

Earlier in the day, Sky News Arabia broadcaster reported, citing sources, that Kuwait had sent a diplomatic note to Iran's embassy stating that the office of military and cultural attaches would be closed down. The note also said that 15 Iranian diplomats would have to leave the country within 45 days, leaving only four Iranian diplomats in Kuwait.

The Kuwait's government is also suspending all intergovernmental committees with Iran, according to the broadcaster.
