Moscow views accusations by Syrian opposition figure Mohammed Alloush over the alleged failure to keep promises given at Astana consultations as pure nonsense, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said Monday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Alloush, who led the Syrian armed opposition delegation at the second round of Astana talks, said on Sunday that Moscow's failure to fulfill promises given at the recent peace negotiations affects credibility to the Russian side.

"This is pure nonsense," Bogdanov said in a comment over Alloush's statement.
