Russia and Turkey are planning to develop a full-scale military-technical cooperation, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Kozhin said Thursday.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On December 12-14, Russia and Turkey held the first meeting of an intergovernmental commission on military-technical cooperation since resolving the crisis in bilateral relations.

"The discussions were constructive…showing a serious drive to establish full-scale military-technical cooperation," Kozhin told reporters in Moscow.
